Take part in our health survey

Many people experience stress at some point in their lives. We know that some people with stress-related symptoms will contact their doctor for help and others will not, but we don't understand why. This questionnaire has been devised by scientists at the Academic Unit of Psychiatry, University of Bristol in order to understand more about people's health, stress-related symptoms, and treatment options.

There are 19 questions. Some of the questions ask about your health whereas other questions ask for your opinion about health matters or treatments. There are no right or wrong answers.

You can see how your answers compare with other people's at the end of the survey.

The information that you provide by completing the questionnaire will be used by scientists at the University of Bristol to understand more about health, stress-related symptoms and treatment options.

You will not be asked to give any contact details.
